Who provides the service
FLOREX Lead Network is operated by FLOREX Holdings LLC. We provide lead generation and referral services to independent service providers. We do not perform the customer’s removal or other property service or guarantee the independent provider’s work. The provider contracts directly with the customer for that work.
Your offer comes before delivery
Before paid delivery, you receive a written offer defining the covered service, geography, price, opening funding, top-up amount, qualification rules, credit process, and applicable deadlines. An authorized representative must accept that specific version. If a service-specific provision in your accepted offer differs from these general terms, that provision governs the covered service. An offer change requires a new accepted version.
Pricing and prepaid funding
All quoted and charged amounts are in United States dollars (USD). Your offer shows the agreed price and funding amounts. Prepaid funds are applied to eligible lead services. We do not extend unsecured lead credit. Money reserved for a call is distinct from a final lead charge. A reservation is released if the attempt does not qualify for a charge.
When delivery begins
Payment alone does not start calls. We review receiving details, service coverage, the accepted agreement, usable funding, and call testing before confirming activation. Lead availability varies by market and customer demand. We do not promise a minimum volume, specific search ranking, booked appointments, sales, or revenue unless expressly included in a separate written agreement.
Accepting a call
Eligible live calls are offered during configured receiving hours and within agreed limits. The receiving person presses 1 to accept before connection. If a buyer does not accept, the inquiry may be offered to another eligible provider. The accepted offer defines exclusivity. A voicemail or form inquiry is not automatically treated as a billable exclusive live call.
Qualification and credits
We review the available call and routing evidence against the accepted definition of a qualified lead. Call duration alone does not establish qualification. If you believe a charge fails the agreed criteria, request review using the process and deadline in your offer. See our credits, refunds, and cancellation policy.
Optional automatic reload
Automatic reload requires separate affirmative authorization. You select its charge amount, settled-balance threshold, and monthly limit before saving a payment method through Stripe. It is limited to one attempt per hour and the authorized UTC calendar-month budget. Failed attempts count toward that budget. Temporary call reservations do not trigger reloads. Authorization expires after no more than 90 days and also stops if revoked, disabled, or the account closes. A declined or authentication-required payment pauses automatic reload until a new authorization is completed. Payments already submitted may complete after cancellation.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate business, coverage, receiving, and billing details. Maintain any licenses, insurance, permissions, and staff needed for the actual services you provide. Treat customer information as confidential, use it to respond to the requested service, and do not resell inquiries or use them for unrelated marketing without appropriate permission. Keep private account links secure and report suspected unauthorized access.
Recordings and review evidence
Calls may be recorded only through the applicable disclosed consent process. An unrecorded path is offered where supported. Recordings and transcription may be used for delivery verification, service review, fraud prevention, and dispute handling. Automated summaries assist review and are not conclusive evidence. See our privacy and recording policy.
Pausing or closing an account
Contact support to pause receiving or close your account. We may pause delivery for insufficient funds, payment disputes, inaccurate account details, misuse, or service issues needing review. Pausing delivery does not erase previously delivered services, outstanding reservations, or payment history. Unused cash-funded balances are handled under the refund process.
